Any Ideas On How I Can Dispute A (true) Felony Conviction Found On My Pre-employment Background Check?
I was convicted of a felony and it came back on my post-offer employment check. Anybody have any ideas what I can say, do or documents I can provide to my future(?) employer to dispute this or convince them it was a mistake?

NO, if you served time or paid your debt to society, you can ask them to over look it but you will need to prove you live your life as a help to society now rather than a burden to it.
